Local real estate agencies have felt first consequences of future Brexit.

Real estate sector in Alicante province is losing customers from UK. According to the figures of el Colegio Notarial of Alicante, during the past year there has been seen a real fall in sales of apartments and houses at Costa Blanca to British citizens. As a result, from October of the last year till October of this year, there were registered 1,000 sale transactions less than during the same period of 2015-2016. Real estates at costa Blanca didn´t benefit 125 million euros extra because of losing their traditional English client, diarioinformacion.com reports.

Although British tourists are still the leaders among foreign holidaymakers at our coast, they take precautions and prefer not to invest their money in real estate in Europe before Brexit.
