The most creative chef was elected in Denia


Bruno Ruiz, a chef at the restaurant Aticook (Denia), is the winner of the 7.º Concurso Internacional de Cocina Creativa de la Gamba Roja de Dénia/ International contest on creative cooking of red shrimp dishes.

The winner´s dish is named ‘Gamba bajo 0°’.

Juan Carlos Reyes Moreno is on the second position in the list of the most creative cooks of this year contest.

“The father” of the dish “Gamba. Kale y Jerez”, Juan Carlos Reyes Moreno, is a chef at ABaC Restaurant.

The third award was received by Alex Primo Robles that represented the restaurant La Borda d´Costa at “7.º Concurso Internacional de Cocina Creativa de la Gamba Roja de Dénia”.

The dish created by Alex Primo Robles looks simple and attractive at the same time.

The city of Denia doesn´t stop surprising us with its “delisious” contests and creative chefs that take part into them and win!
